Congregate Dining Volunteer Support
Titus Towers & Center Village Court Groton Apartments : Weekdays 10:00 am-1:00 pm
Now is your chance to be a part of the movement as Foodnet relaunches in TWO LOCATIONS in Tompkins County our congregate dining program after it was paused during the pandemic.
In this program, hot meals are delivered, and seniors connect while enjoying a healthy meal. We are seeking volunteers to assist this effort at Titus Towers and at Center Village Court in Groton. Foodnet is assembling a team of volunteers, in both locations, to ensure program success.
If you are dedicated to ensuring senior health and nutrition, have an interest in interacting with seniors over a meal, have some time during the weekdays, consider applying for one of the volunteer opportunities

Ongoing Opportunity 8:30am to 10:30am Weekdays
Join the kitchen crew from 8:30am to 10:30am any weekday to portion hot and cold foods. Scoop it, dish it, wrap it, seal it. Each meal has the recipient's name on it so they know it was prepared just for them.
