Food Service Operations Manager
Darren joined Foodnet in 2021. He brings many years of demonstrated experience in food service management. Darren oversees the organization's daily food production, delivery, service, and personnel. In collaboration with the Foodnet team, he develops recipes and menus. Darren oversees food purchasing, procurement, and food safety.
Prior to Darren's role at Foodnet, he worked in the Transportation Department at Cornell University. Prior that role, he was the Director of Retail Operations at Ithaca Bakery, and a Manager for Cornell University Dining. Darren is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, an active volunteer with Enfield Food Pantry, and Team Rubicon.

Director of Development and Community Relations
In this new role, Sheila will lead strategies for private funding, donor engagement, community partnerships and overall awareness of Foodnet Meals on Wheels and its programs and services.
Prior to this role, Sheila was the Operations and Community Engagement Officer for the School of Music at Ithaca College where she provided oversight for operations and events, engaged with community partners, alumni, and donors, and provided direct support to the Dean. Before starting at IC, Sheila was the Executive Director for the Cayuga Chamber Orchestra for nearly 13 years. She was devoted to the success of the organization, and played lead roles in fundraising and development, expanding the reach and quality of the orchestra, facilitating educational outreach, and cultivating community relationships. Under her leadership, the Family Concert Library Series and the CCO’s Youth Orchestra were created.
Sheila and her husband, Kevin, live in Cortland. They have three grown kids and two dogs. Sheila enjoys gardening, cooking, wine tasting, and hosting large gatherings for friends and slightly enormous extended family. In the past, several of her family members have relied on the amazing and necessary services provided by Meals on Wheels and she is excited to dive in and do such meaningful work for Foodnet.

Finance & Administrative Services Manager
Jon joined Foodnet in 2002. He brings many years of experience in Administrative Services and Finance. Jon's role includes leadership responsibility for financial management and administrative operations.

Assistant Food Service Operations Manager
Regan joined Foodnet in 2020 as an Outreach Driver, and was promoted to her current role in 2021. In coordination with the Food Service Operations Manager, Regan is responsible for oversight of the organization's daily food production, delivery, service, and personnel. She supports food purchasing, recipe development and food safety.
Prior to her role at Foodnet, Regan worked for many years in the hospitality field managing restaurants and cafes. Regan has held other positions in the public service sector including personal shopping, pet care, and homecare.

Administrative Coordinator
Lu Ann joined Foodnet in 1999. She brings many years of administrative professional experience. Lu Ann is the first friendly voice you will hear when you call Foodnet. She provides information and support to our clients, staff, and Board of Directors. Lu Ann manages a wide range of Foodnet's front office tasks to ensure quality services.
