Executive Director at Foodnet Meals on Wheels
Jessica is the chief administrator at Foodnet Meals on Wheels. She comes to Foodnet from her position as a Client Services Consultant at Concept Systems, Inc., a woman-owned small business based in Ithaca, NY that focuses on social science research and evaluation. Her work included all aspects of project management in multi-phase projects that support a wide range of organizations.
Prior to that role, she was the Senior Services Program Coordinator at Family and Children’s Service where she managed the Caregiver Counseling, Respite, and Geriatric Care Management programs. Additional professional experiences include work in social services and community healthcare in Baltimore, MD. Jessica earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Shepherd and her master's in social work from the State University of New York at Albany.
Food Service Operations Manager
Art joined Foodnet in 2018. He brings expertise in food service, management, and production. Art oversees the organization's food preparation, meal services, and fleet management systems. Art has held management positions at JMA Wireless, and Novelis Corporation. He also completed his military service at the Army of Fort Drum, NY in 2012.
Kelly joined Foodnet in 2017. She brings over 25 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Kelly oversees all aspects of Foodnet's Nutrition Program. She provides nutrition counseling, education, and service coordination to Foodnet clients.
Prior to her role at Foodnet, Kelly worked in health care, education and fitness settings throughout Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois. In addition to her new role at Foodnet, Kelly teaches fitness at Ithaca YMCA. She is the secretary for Lansing PTSO, teaches Sunday School at Trinity Lutheran, and is an active mother of two children.

Jon joined Foodnet in 2002. He brings over 20 years of experience in Administrative Services and Finance. Jon's role includes leadership responsibility for financial management and administrative operations.
Lu Ann joined Foodnet in 1999. She brings over 20 years of administrative professional experience. Lu Ann is the first friendly voice you will hear when you call Foodnet. She provides information and support to our clients, staff, and Board of Directors. Lu Ann manages a wide range of Foodnet's front office tasks to ensure quality services.
